I Need To Print Something, What Are The Steps

Step 1

Fill out the quotation request form with all the necessary field so that we can get a quote to you as soon as possible. If you would rather speak to some one contact The Print Guru on 011 462 9306.

Step 2

We’ll either get in touch with you to get more information based on your query or alternatively forward a quote to you.

Step 3

Check the quote and spec to make sure that everything you’ve asked for has been included. Remember, you can contact us at anytime to go through a quote and have it explained to you in a manner which you understand.

Step 4

Once you accept the quote in writing, an invoice will be sent through to you. A deposit of 50% is required to commence any printing job. This deposit is used to secure materials for your job at the best prices.

Step 5

Once payment confirmation is received, the job will be scheduled for printing. Depending on the process and specific details of the job, this process can take between 2 and 10 working days, but we’ll give a leadtime with your quote so you’re aware of this upfront. If you request a proof, or we feel it’s necessary to sign one off before going ahead, the leadtime will only begin once the signed proof is received back.

Step 6

Your job is completed, packaged as per any distribution requirements and dispatched as per your instructions.
